All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days
International Orders:
Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Please note that estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the items purchased.
From time to time, Takumi Works may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping offers.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to become available and update after shipment.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages
Takumi Works is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Customs processing delays
- Shipping carrier delays

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.
6. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, Takumi Works cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Takumi Works is not responsible for additional charges required by customs authorities.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations

After this period, your order may already be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.
